Job summary

PARR is seeking a Class B CDL driver to deliver building materials to residential and commercial job sites. This full-time role keeps you home daily with local routes, a day shift, and no weekend work.

You’ll operate flatbeds and truck-mounted forklifts, secure loads, and maintain safety standards while providing Legendary Service. Ideal candidates have a valid CDL, clean driving record, and ability to lift up to 100 lbs.

Qualifications

• Valid Class B or higher CDL
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Must be 21 years old or older
• Clean driving record
• Current DOT Medical Card
• Ability to speak, write, and read English required
• Flatbed or construction delivery experience preferred
• Forklift/Moffett experience preferred (training available)
• Ability to lift or move up to 100 lbs. and work outdoors in all-weather
• Strong work ethic and customer service mindset
• Strong customer service mindset with the ability to work professionally with customers and team members
• Good judgment and problem-solving skills in dynamic, fast-paced situations
• Works effectively both independently and as part of a team with a positive attitude

Responsibilities

• Deliver building materials safely and on time to customer job sites (hand delivery may be required in some situations)
• Operate class B flatbed trucks and truck-mounted forklifts (Moffett)
• Secure loads and verify accuracy before leaving the yard
• Navigate a variety of delivery environments including new developments and rural roads
• Take delivery photos and complete documentation for each job
• Communicate with dispatch, yard teams, and customers throughout the day
• Perform daily vehicle inspections and follow all DOT and safety regulations
