NIS EXPRESS in Morristown, TN is seeking CDL-A drivers for store-delivery runs that mix short miles with hands-on unloading. Expect unload pay of $320 per load (about 3 loads weekly) and weekly home time with a 34-hour reset.

Typical weeks run around 1,100 miles across 3 loads and 3 stops per week with no touch backhauls to the distribution center. Automatic sleeper with a 53-foot dry van is used; first 3 loads are mentored at $175 per day.

Qualifications

• 21+ years old
• 3+ months solo tractor-trailer experience
• Valid Class A CDL per state
• 2 or fewer moving violations and no preventable accidents in 3–5 years
• No DUI/DWI in past 5 years; no SAP drivers
• Pass hair and urine drug testing
• Live within 50 miles of Knoxville, TN
