48forty Solutions is hiring a Local Class A Driver in Savannah, GA. You will run local truckload deliveries, enjoy weekends off, home daily and no touch freight, with competitive hourly pay.

Shift times are Monday–Friday, typically 6:00am start, 8–12 hour days; must hold a CDL-A, be 23+, pass a DOT physical, and maintain a clean PSP and driving record. Join a team focused on safety and reliability.

Qualifications

• 1-year CDL-A driving experience within past 3 years.
• Must be at least 23 years of age or older.
• Must Possess a valid license to operate a commercial motor vehicle.
• Must pass a DOT Physical from a nationally registered DOT approved physician.
• No record of being disqualified to drive.
• Successful completion of a DOT road test.
• PSP report scores of 10 or below in the past 3 years – a higher score will be reviewed.
• No more than 2 moving violations in the past 3 years.
• Candidates with experience in logistics, warehouse, OTR, Over-the-Road, CDL Class A License, Truck and Trailer, preferred.
• Must be able to read, write, and speak English proficiently.

Overview

As a Local Class A Driver, you’ll get the opportunity for competitive pay, for weekends off, to be home daily, and have no touch freight!

Hourly Pay:

$26.00/hr. - $29.00/hr. +OT

Shift(s):

Monday-Friday 6:00am-8:00am start time, 8-12 hour shift

What You'll Do
