Job summary

Oldcastle Infrastructure is seeking a Boom Truck Driver to travel locally and deliver building materials to customers. Responsibilities include pre-inspection, loading, unloading with a truck-mounted boom, verifying loads, and maintaining logs.

The role requires a valid Class A license, 2+ years of driving, and a clean record. Compensation includes an hourly rate of $30–$35, with benefits such as 401(k), disability coverage, life insurance, and health plans.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid Class A driver license and maintain a clean driving record.
• Minimum 2 years of Class A driving experience.
• NCCCO Swing Cab Certification is required.
• Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs repeatedly.
• Experience transporting building products is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Pre-inspect of the truck and load materials.
• Load and unload the truck at job sites using the boom.
• Verify load accuracy before departure.
• Communicate with Dispatcher to ensure timely deliveries.
• Set up job perimeters and maintain safe unloading practices.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervision.
