Job summary

The Community Food Bank of Central Alabama is seeking a dependable Class A or B CDL Driver for a home-daily, Monday–Friday role with local routes across a 12-county Central Alabama area. You will operate a 27-foot refrigerated box truck, load/unload goods, and ensure food safety and accurate records.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A or B CDL.
• Minimum one (1) year of professional Class A or B CDL driving experience.
• Acceptable driving record.
• Ability to meet applicable DOT requirements.
• Dependable, safety-conscious, and committed to excellent service.
• Comfortable assisting with loading and unloading deliveries.

Responsibilities

• Operate a 27-foot refrigerated box truck for local pickups and deliveries.
• Load, unload, and secure food products.
• Perform required vehicle inspections.
• Maintain delivery records and documentation.
