TEEMA Solutions Group is seeking a temporary full-time Local Delivery Driver in Nashville, TN. No CDL is required, but a class B license is needed. This role involves operating a 26‑ft Mack truck and a 1‑ton pickup with a gooseneck trailer for regional deliveries.

The assignment lasts about six months with a M‑F schedule, 6:30 am to 4:00 pm, no weekends or major holidays, and opportunities for overtime. A GPS-enabled phone is required for reporting hours and travel time.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license; no CDL needed.
• Physical ability to lift and move odd‑shaped, sized, and weighted construction materials; may require manual loading/unloading in addition to forklift use.
• Local knowledge of Nashville area for efficient deliveries.
• GPS-enabled smartphone for reporting hours and travel time.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a 26‑ft Mack truck and a 1‑ton pickup truck with a gooseneck trailer for regional deliveries.
• Perform pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and compliance.
• Load and secure freight according to safety standards; haul non‑standard, non‑palletized construction materials.
• Maintain accurate delivery logs and communicate schedules effectively with customers and the shop team.
• Capture photos of outgoing and incoming deliveries to document.
• Relay real‑time updates on production and delivery status.
• Adhere to all DOT regulations and company policies.
• Lift and maneuver up to 50 pounds regularly; balance driving with hands‑on team work.
• Display strong attention to detail, safety‑focused mindset, and reliability.
• Basic knowledge of infrastructure and site construction is a plus.
• Exceptional communication skills and a customer‑first attitude.
