Job summary

Versova is seeking a Driver to perform local vehicle operations across farm locations, including loading/unloading and moving trucks and trailers. A valid Driver's License is required; CDL endorsements may be necessary for larger vehicles.

The role includes pre-trip inspections, safety compliance, and occasional hazmat or up to 15-passenger transport. Regular duties involve operating company trucks, maintaining equipment, and communicating issues.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• CDL and appropriate endorsements required if operating larger vehicles.
• 2+ years of experience operating a vehicle.
• Endorsements for hazardous materials (if applicable).
• Ability to operate and maintain equipment safely.
• Willingness to learn and safely operate all company Material Handling Equipment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. frequently.
• Willingness to work in various weather conditions.
• Ability to work overtime, weekends and holiday hours as required based on production demand.

Responsibilities

• Operate company-owned and leased trucks.
• Load, unload, and relocate trailers, materials, parts, and cargo.
• Provide courteous customer service during delivery and pickup operations and follow-up communications as needed.
• Perform required vehicle maintenance checks, pre-trip inspections, and provide necessary reports.
• Maintain all required certifications for DOT, OSHA, and company safety programs.
• Communicate any issues or deficiencies to the appropriate department.
• Perform other tasks to support and improve farm operations.
• May transport hazardous materials or up to 15 passengers when required.
