Job summary

Carolina Atlantic Roofing Supply is seeking a dependable Warehouse Associate with a Class A CDL to support inventory control and shipping/receiving tasks. You will assist with driving duties for routes within a 200-mile radius, fill in for drivers as needed, and maintain accurate documentation.

A clean driving record and background check are required. Responsibilities include vehicle prep, loading/unloading, route planning, and safe operation of equipment.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid Class A CDL with clean driving record.
• 2+ years of proven tractor-trailer driving experience preferred.
• Warehouse experience required.
• Must pass background check and drug test.

Responsibilities

• Inventory control and loading/unloading goods.
• Prepare trucks for daily routes and ensure proper vehicle maintenance.
• Drive trucks with GVW over 26,000 lbs and tow loads over 10,000 lbs.
• Obtain client signatures on deliveries and organize loads for efficiency.
• Adhere to DOT regulations and safety protocols at all times.
