Job summary

Delta Contracting Company is actively seeking experienced CDL truck drivers to support West Tennessee infrastructure projects. You will haul asphalt, aggregates, and equipment, working closely with foremen and field crews to ensure timely, safe deliveries.

The role emphasizes on-site logistics, routine inspections, and adherence to DOT rules, with opportunities for long-term, local work and a dependable team environment.

Qualifications

• Active Class A or B CDL
• Hands-on dump truck experience in paving/construction
• Experience in rural, urban, and interstate environments
• Clean driving record and valid DOT medical card
• Strong site awareness and communication with foremen/crews
• Experience hauling construction materials (asphalt, aggregates, etc.)
• Familiarity with DOT and site safety rules; pre/post-trip inspections
• Experience with oversized or heavy hauling is a plus

Responsibilities

• Haul asphalt, aggregates, and equipment; support on-site logistics
• Coordinate with foremen and crews to ensure timely deliveries
• Move materials between phases and reposition as needed on site
• Perform pre/post-trip inspections and report load timing changes
• Follow DOT and site safety procedures and maintain safe operations
