Job summary

Schwan's is hiring a local CDL Class B route driver to deliver products to grocery stores and ensure shelf availability.

You will follow daily routes, unload and stage products, use handheld devices, build in‑store relationships, and comply with DOT inspections; the role includes a Monday–Friday schedule with occasional Saturdays, plus benefits, uniform allowance, and advancement opportunities.

Qualifications

• Previous delivery, grocery, or warehouse experience.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Class B CDL with airbrake endorsement and medical certification.
• Must be 21 years or older and able to lift 35 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Complete local daily route as planned to meet service expectations.
• Unload products, place product in the back room, and collect proof of delivery.
• Use handheld technology to complete daily work.
• Build in-store relationships and work effectively with co-workers.
• Maintain DOT rules, perform truck inspections and safety checks.
