Job summary

Linde plc in Houston, TX is seeking an energetic CDL driver to deliver products to customers. You will make 10–12 stops per day, handle paperwork, and ensure excellent customer service while counting inventory and recording quantities.

Responsibilities include completing hazardous material shipping papers per DOT regulations, conducting pre-trip and post-trip inspections, and coordinating with internal and external customers to meet business goals. CDL required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Two years of driving experience or recent Truck Driving School certification.
• Must be 21 years or older.
• Hazmat endorsement required within 60 days of hire.
• No preventable accidents, license suspensions, or moving violations in past 2 years.
• DOT physical and medical certificate required.
• Ability to push, pull, move, and lift at least 75 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Deliver products to customers with ~10–12 stops per day, handling paperwork and providing excellent customer service.
• Accurately count and record quantities and styles of products delivered and picked up.
• Complete hazardous material shipping papers per DOT regulations.
• Conduct and report pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
• Identify need for timely vehicle repairs and/or maintenance.
• Build relationships with internal and external customers to meet business goals.
• Continue to build knowledge of how Linde’s business operates to support growth.
