Job summary

Opifex-Synergy in Riverside, CA is seeking experienced CDL Drivers to join our growing team as we expand into new locations. You will transport construction equipment between sites, loading, securing, and delivering safely while following DOT rules and company policies.

The role requires a valid Class A CDL with medical certification, a clean driving record, and the ability to work flexible shifts on local and regional routes.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Valid Class A driver’s license required; medical certification.
• 2+ years of tractor-trailer driving preferred.
• Clean driving record with no moving violations.
• Must pass a background check and drug test.
• Ability to work flexible shifts.
• Comfortable maneuvering and parking a tractor-trailer.
• Alert, focused, and detail-oriented.
• Physically and mentally fit.
• Strong eyesight and hearing.
• Military service considered in lieu of education/certification when applicable.

Responsibilities

• Loading, unloading, and securing equipment for transport.
• Safely loads and unloads various equipment using proper techniques.
• Ensures cargo is balanced, tied down, and secured per regulations.
• Confirms load documentation is accurate and equipment is protected.
