Job summary

Opifex-Synergy is expanding into new locations and seeking experienced CDL Drivers to join our growing team. Drivers transport construction equipment between locations using tractor trailers and heavy trucks, ensuring safe, timely deliveries while following all traffic and safety regulations.

Requirements include a valid Class A CDL and medical certification. Candidates should be comfortable operating heavy vehicles, have good coordination, vision, and hearing, and be physically capable of

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL required and medical certification.
• 2+ years tractor-trailer driving preferred.
• Clean driving record with no moving violations.
• Background check and drug test required.

Responsibilities

• Load, unload, and secure equipment for transport.
• Safely load/unload various equipment using proper handling techniques.
• Ensure cargo is balanced and secured per regulations.
• Maintain accurate delivery and vehicle logs.
• Operate commercial vehicles on local/regional routes.
• Plan routes considering traffic and deadlines.
• Complete pre/during/post-trip inspections.
• Identify mechanical issues and report promptly.
• Follow DOT regulations and company policies.
