Opifex-Synergy is expanding into Boise, ID and seeking experienced CDL drivers to join our growing team. You will transport construction equipment between local sites, ensuring timely, safe deliveries in compliance with DOT regulations.

Applicants should hold a valid Class A CDL with medical certification, a clean driving record, and 2+ years of tractor-trailer experience. The role requires physical stamina and the ability to perform pre-trip inspections and accurate log documentation.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Valid Class A CDL and medical certification.
• 2+ years of tractor-trailer driving preferred.
• Clean driving record with no serious violations.
• Able to pass background check and drug test.
• Flexible shifts and physical stamina.
• Maneuvering and parking a tractor-trailer.
• Alert, focused, and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Loading, unloading, and securing equipment for transport.
• Safely loads and unloads equipment with proper tools and handling.
• Ensures cargo is balanced and secured per policy and DOT regs.
• Maintains accurate load documentation and logs.
• Operates commercial vehicles on local/regional routes.
• Plans efficient travel paths considering traffic and deadlines.
• Performs pre-trip, en-route, and post-trip inspections.
• Reports mechanical issues promptly and follows safety protocols.
• Communicates with customers to ensure delivery satisfaction.
