Job summary

DSV is hiring for a Driver-Operations role based in Manassas, VA. The job combines local driving with warehouse tasks including receiving, picking, packing and shipping, using forklifts and other equipment. You will verify bills, ensure accuracy, and uphold safety and quality standards.

The position requires 6 months in logistics, a GED/HS diploma, and forklift certification with a valid driver’s license. Overtime and on-site work are common in this role.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• 6 months experience in a logistics/distribution environment.
• Able to operate MHE (forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.).
• Forklift certification and valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely.
• Load, unload, and move freight; verify paperwork and counts.
• Maintain organized work areas and accurate records.
• Support inventory control and cycle counts as needed.
• Follow safety procedures and company policies at all times.
• Assist with receiving, shipping, and internal transfers.
