Job summary

Alside, a leading exterior building products distributor, is seeking a Warehouse Driver to perform local deliveries to residential and commercial job sites from Elk Grove Village, IL. The role requires a valid CDL (Class A or B) and at least 1 year of driving experience, with a strong emphasis on safety and accurate paperwork.

The successful candidate will assist in daily warehouse operations, load/unload trucks, and maintain inventory accuracy while following DOT regulations and company safety

Qualifications

• Valid CDL Class A or B required.
• Minimum 1 year of CDL driving experience.
• High School diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Must pass a drug screen and have a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Local deliveries to residential and commercial job sites.
• Safely operate vehicles and warehouse equipment including truck-mounted/warehouse forklifts.
• Assist in day-to-day warehouse operations with safety and PPE.
• Load and unload trucks and maintain delivery logs and checklists.
• Communicate with supply center team and customers for on-time delivery.
