48forty Solutions is seeking a Local CDL Driver in Pompano Beach, FL. You'll handle local deliveries with no-touch freight, enjoy weekly pay, benefits from day one, and a schedule of Monday–Friday 7:00am–3:30pm. Requirements include a valid CDL-A, 1 year experience, and DOT physical clearance.

Routes are 4–8 per shift within ~100 miles. The role emphasizes safe driving, punctuality, and teamwork in a growing pallet management company with a strong emphasis on home daily.

Qualifications

• 1 year CDL-A driving experience within past 3 years.
• Must be at least 23 years of age or older.
• Must possess a valid license to operate a commercial motor vehicle.
• Must pass a DOT Physical from a nationally registered DOT approved physician.

Responsibilities

• Handle all local truckload deliveries; primarily drop and hook.
• Deliver and pick up trailers within 100 miles, averaging 4–8 routes per shift.
• Operate 10 speed manual trucks with 53’ dry vans and flat beds; full-time, permanent position with weekly pay and benefits on day one, for 8 hour shifts.
