Job summary

Ferguson is hiring a CDL driver for an on-site position in Roswell, GA. The role runs Monday to Friday, 6:00am start times, with home daily and no nights or weekends, and starts at $25 per hour based on experience.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid CDL.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Meet and maintain qualifications for CDL requirements.
• Follow all DOT standards and regulations.
• Must maintain a valid DOT Medical card.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Background in warehouse/logistics is a plus.
• Strong communicator with a customer-focused approach.
• Able to operate basic technology, including iPads.

Responsibilities

• Deliver materials to customers using pallet jack and dolly and ensure delivery of ticket with material.
• Pick up customer returns and validate product for credit requests.
• Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections; fuel truck; report issues to supervisor.
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures.
• Assist warehouse with pulling/prepping orders, receiving, verifying, stocking materials.
• Work overtime as needed.
• Wear PPE and follow safety rules including harness limits.
