Job summary

Ferguson Enterprises, Inc. is hiring a CDL driver in the Rochester area. The role runs Monday–Friday, 6am–3pm, with starting pay around $25 per hour depending on experience. You will deliver materials to customers, load with pallet jacks, and maintain safe driving standards.

Responsibilities include pre/post-trip inspections, assisting warehouse staff, and adhering to DOT and PPE requirements. Ferguson offers competitive pay, health benefits, a 401(k) with company match, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid CDL.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Meet and maintain CDL requirements.
• Follow all DOT standards and regulations.
• Must maintain a valid DOT Medical card to meet driver requirements.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Experience in warehouse operations/logistics a plus.
• Strong communicator with a customer-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Deliver materials to customers using pallet jack and two-wheel dolly.
• Pick up customer returns and validate product for credit requests.
• Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections and fuel the truck.
• Follow and implement all safety policies and PPE usage.
• Assist warehouse personnel with pulling and preparing orders for shipment, receiving and stocking incoming material.
• Work overtime as needed.
• Adhere to all safety regulations.
