Schumann Printers, Inc., a 2026 Top Workplace Award Winner, is seeking a dependable CDL Driver / Forklift Operator to join our team in Fall River, WI. This role blends local driving with hands-on warehouse work and supports production across two nearby facilities.

You will transport products between facilities, operate forklifts and clamp trucks, load and unload trailers, stage pallets for production, and maintain a safe, organized work area.

Qualifications

• Valid CDL Class A or Class B license required; Class A preferred.
• Forklift or clamp truck operating experience preferred; refresher training available.
• Safe driving record and strong commitment to workplace safety.
• Dependable attendance and ability to work independently.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Willingness to assist with a variety of warehouse and material handling responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport products and materials between our two local facilities.
• Operate forklifts and clamp trucks to move, load, and unload materials.
• Load and unload trailers and stage pallets for production.
• Ensure materials are delivered to the appropriate locations to support efficient production.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
• Follow all company safety procedures and equipment operating guidelines.
