Job summary

Leppo Rents is seeking CDL Drivers who enjoy hands-on equipment work and being part of a reliable team. You’ll drive both manual and automatic trucks, deliver and pick up skid steers, excavators, lifts, and more, while solving on-site challenges and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL (Manual and automatic driving certification required, or willingness to obtain certification before driving begins.)
• Experience hauling equipment (construction, rental, or similar)
• Strong awareness of load securement and safety practices
• Clean driving record
• Someone who can handle both the road and the equipment

Responsibilities

• Delivering and picking up equipment (skid steers, excavators, lifts, etc.) to customer job sites
• Securing loads safely and making sure everything arrives exactly how it should
• Working closely with dispatch to keep routes efficient and organized
• Interacting with customers on-site (you’re the face of the company out there)
• Completing inspections, logs, and DOT documentation
