At C&H Industrial, we’re hiring safety‑focused Operators to run industrial vacuum trucks, hydroblasting equipment, and other heavy‑duty cleaning machines. Most positions allow you to be home daily, with additional overnight opportunities available based on project needs and scheduling.

$23-$26/hr.

What You’ll Be Doing (Your Daily Mission):

• Drive & Operate Equipment Transport, set up, and operate industrial vacuum trucks and hydroblasting equipment for hazardous and non‑hazardous cleanups.
• Keep Equipment Running Smoothly: Perform inspections, maintenance checks, and minor repairs to keep operations moving safely.
• Troubleshoot Like a Pro: Identify equipment issues and assist with on‑site troubleshooting.
• Stay Safe, Stay Smart: Follow all health and safety procedures while working around heavy equipment and industrial environments.
• Go Where the Work Is: Travel to local and regional job sites with flexibility for overtime, weekends, and on‑call scheduling.
• Stay Active: Lift heavy loads, climb ladders, and work in physically demanding environments including tight spaces, extreme temperatures, and elevated areas.
• Prevent Cross‑Contamination: Clean and decontaminate equipment after jobs to maintain company and safety standards

What You Need to Succeed:

• 21+ years old with at least 18 months of industrial cleaning experience.
• Class B CDL (or willingness to obtain if medically qualified).
• Ideal for experienced CDL licensed drivers and local truck operators.
• Ability to lift up to 70 pounds and perform active, hands‑on work.
• Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills preferred.
• Willingness to work flexible schedules including overtime and overnight opportunities.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and pass medical/drug screenings.
