Job summary

48forty Solutions is seeking a CDL Driver in Memphis, TN. Earn $26.00/hr with weekend offs, home daily, and no touch freight. Monday–Friday shifts, 7:00am or 8:00am start, 10–12 hour shifts.

Qualifications include at least 1 year of CDL-A driving in the past 3 years, must be 23+, valid CDL, DOT physical, clean PSP, and no more than 2 moving violations in 3 years. English proficiency required.

Qualifications

• 1-year CDL-A driving experience within past 3 years.
• Must be at least 23 years of age or older.
• Must possess a valid license to operate a commercial motor vehicle.
• Must pass a DOT Physical from a nationally registered DOT approved physician.
• No record of being disqualified to drive.
• Successful completion of a DOT road test.
• PSP report scores of 10 or below in the past 3 years – a higher score will be reviewed.
• No more than 2 moving violations in the past 3 years.
• Candidates with experience in logistics, warehouse, OTR, Over-the-Road, CDL Class A License, Truck and Trailer, preferred.
• Must be able to read, write, and speak English proficiently.

Responsibilities

Overview

As a CDL Driver, you’ll get the opportunity for competitive pay, for weekends off, to be home daily, and have no touch freight!

Hourly Pay:

$26.00/hr.

Shift(s):

Monday-Friday 7:00am or 8:00am Start Time (10-12 hour shifts)

Memphis, TN 38106

What You'll Do

• Handle all local truckload deliveries; primarily drop and hook

• Deliver and pick up trailers within (# of miles) making about (# of routes) routes per shift

• Drive an automatic, 53’ truck/dry van for (# of hours) shifts

What You'll Need

• 1-year CDL-A driving experience within past 3 years

• Must be at least 23 years of age or older
