48forty Solutions is seeking a CDL-A Driver for local pallet deliveries in Haines City, FL. You will run 1st shift Mon-Fri, 6:00 am until finished, with home daily and no touch freight, delivering 3–4 routes per shift within ~100 miles of Haines City.

The role requires 1 year of CDL-A driving in the last 3 years, a valid CDL-A, and a DOT physical. Expect 10–12 hour shifts and competitive pay of $21–$23 per hour.

Overview

As a CDL Driver, you’ll get the opportunity for competitive pay, for weekends off, to be home daily, and have no touch freight!

Hourly Pay:

$21.00-23.00/hr.

1st Shift: Monday-Friday 6:00 am until finished

What You'll Do

• Handle all local truckload deliveries; primarily drop and hook

• Deliver and pick up trailers within 100 miles of Haines City making about 3-4 routes per shift

• Drive an automatic, 53’ truck/dry van for 10-12 hour shifts

What You'll Need

• 1-year CDL-A driving experience within past 3 years

• Must be at least 23 years of age or older

• Must Possess a valid license to operate a commercial motor vehicle

• Must pass a DOT Physical from a nationally registered DOT approved physician

• No record of being disqualified to drive

• Successful completion of a DOT road test

• PSP report scores of 10 or below in the past 3 years - a higher score will be reviewed

• No more than 2 moving violations in the past 3 years

• Candidates with experience in logistics, warehouse, OTR, Over-the-Road, CDL Class A License, Truck and Trailer, preferred

• Must be able to read, write, and speak English proficiently
