48forty Solutions is hiring a CDL Driver in Lake City, MN for local, no-touch freight, with home daily and weekends off. You’ll operate an automatic 53’ truck on local routes, handling drop and hook deliveries.

The role requires 1 year CDL-A experience, to be at least 23 years old, and to pass a DOT physical. Earn between $26.00 and $30.00 per hour with benefits and a 401(k) plan.

Qualifications

• 1 year CDL-A driving experience within past 3 years.
• Must be at least 23 years old.
• Must possess a valid commercial driver's license.
• Must pass a DOT physical with a registered DOT physician.
• No disqualifications to drive.
• DOT road test completed successfully.
• PSP scores 10 or below in past 3 years.
• No more than 2 moving violations in past 3 years.
• Preferred experience: logistics, warehouse, OTR.
• Must read, write, and speak English proficiently.

Responsibilities

• Handle all local truckload deliveries; primarily drop and hook.
• Deliver and pick up trailers within 150–175 miles, with 1–4 routes per shift.
• Drive an automatic 53’ truck/dry van for 20–26 hour shifts.

Job description

As a CDL Driver, you’ll get the opportunity for competitive pay, for weekends off, to be home daily, and have no touch freight!

Hourly Pay

$26.00/hr. - $30.00/hr.

Shift(s)

Monday - Friday: 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Monday - Friday: (4-6 hrs per day)

What You’ll Do

• Handle all local truckload deliveries; primarily drop and hook
• Deliver and pick up trailers within (150-175 of miles) making about (1-4 of routes) routes per shift
• Drive an automatic, 53’ truck/dry van for (20-26 of hours) shifts

What You’ll Need

• 1-year CDL-A driving experience within past 3 years
• Must be at least 23 years of age or older
• Must Possess a valid license to operate a commercial motor vehicle
• Must pass a DOT Physical from a nationally registered DOT approved physician
• No record of being disqualified to drive
• Successful completion of a DOT road test
• PSP report scores of 10 or below in the past 3 years – a higher score will be reviewed
• No more than 2 moving violations in the past 3 years
• Candidates with experience in logistics, warehouse, OTR, Over-the-Road, CDL Class A License, Truck and Trailer, preferred
• Must be able to read, write, and speak English proficiently
