Job summary

Viking Electric, a member of the Sonepar family, is hiring a CDL Delivery Driver for local, night-early day routes in Moffat. You will perform pre-trip inspections, load boxes and materials, and deliver to customers while communicating on arrival and assisting with unloading.

You must hold a Class B CDL, be at least 21, lift up to 85 pounds, and pass a DOT physical. Training is provided; great benefits accompany this full-time role.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Able to lift up to 85 pounds.
• Must pass and maintain DOT physical.
• Basic math skills.
• Good English communication.
• Willingness to learn to operate equipment (training provided).
• Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Conduct pre-trip vehicle inspections.
• Load materials and packages for daily routes.
• Make local deliveries and return home each night.
• Unloading assistance and customer contact on arrival.
• Operate and manage equipment safely and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and follow safety procedures.
