Job summary

Viking Electric in Addison, IL is seeking a CDL Delivery Driver for local, Monday–Friday deliveries. You will perform pre-trip inspections, load goods, and deliver to customers while building strong relationships with them.

Qualifications

• Valid Class B CDL required.
• Be at least 21 years old.
• Ability to climb into and drive delivery vehicles.
• Ability to lift packages up to 85 pounds.
• Pass and maintain DOT physical.
• Basic math skills (add/subtract).
• Basic English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct vehicle inspections at start and end of route.
• Transport and deliver products to customers with care.
• Unload items such as wire, pipe, conduit and boxes during deliveries.
• Adhere to all safety procedures and regulations.
