Job summary

Reyes Beverage Group is hiring a Class A Driver in Chicago, IL. The role involves unloading and delivering products, performing inspections, and handling pallets with powered equipment. A valid Class A CDL and at least one year of driving experience are required.

You will operate a CMV, work a daytime schedule, and join a team supported by a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision and retirement options.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• 1+ year of Class A commercial driving experience or equivalent military driving experience with a valid Class A CDL.
• Must be able to lift 25–50 lbs regularly and up to 170 lbs.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Unload and deliver products to customers and perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
• Safely and professionally operate a commercial motor vehicle including conveyors and carts.
• Operate powered industrial trucks and/or material handling equipment such as electric pallet jack or hand truck.
• Pick up returned products including payments and pallets and complete delivery/pickup paperwork.
• Other duties as assigned.

Position responsibilities:

• The Class A Driver is responsible for unloading and delivering products to our customers as well as pre-trip and post-trip inspections of equipment and vehicle

• As a Class A Driver, you must have the ability to safely and professionally operate a commercial motor vehicle including conveyors and carts

• You will securely operate powered industrial trucks and/or material handling equipment such asan electric pallet jack and/or hand truck

• Additionally, you will pick up returned products including payments and pallets as well as completing delivery and pick up paperwork

• Other duties as assigned

Required Education and Experience:

• Must be at least 21 years old

• 1 plus years of Class A commercial driving experience or equivalent driving experience in the military with a valid Class A Commercial Driver's License

• Must possess a Must be able to lift products from 25 pounds to 50 pounds on a regular basis and up to 170 pounds

Preferred Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma or General Education Diploma (GED)
