Job summary

Martin Brower in Enfield, CT is seeking a CDL Driver to unload and deliver products to customers and perform vehicle inspections. You will safely operate a commercial motor vehicle and handle conveyors, carts, and pallet jacks, with responsibilities including return pickups and delivery paperwork.

The position requires 21+ years old, 0–1 years driving experience, Class B CDL or military equivalent, and ability to lift up to 170 pounds. A High School diploma or GED is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• 0 to 1 years plus of specific driving experience.
• Class B commercial driving experience or equivalent driving experience in the military.
• Must be able to lift products from 25 pounds to 50 pounds on a regular basis and up to 170 pounds.
• High School Diploma or General Education Degree.

Responsibilities

• Unload and deliver products to customers; perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of equipment and vehicle.
• Safely and professionally operate a commercial motor vehicle including conveyors and carts.
• Pick up returned products including payments and pallets and complete delivery and pickup paperwork.
• Securely operate powered industrial trucks and/or material handling equipment such as an electric pallet jack and/or hand truck.
• Other duties as assigned.
