Job summary

Martin Brower in Atlanta, GA is seeking a reliable CDL Class A Driver to ensure the safe, timely delivery of products to local customers. You will perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections, unload and deliver goods, and operate PIT/MHE equipment as required.

The role requires at least 1 year of CDL Class A driving or equivalent military experience, lifting 25–50 pounds regularly up to 170 pounds, and the ability to pass background and drug screenings. A high school diploma is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Have at least 1 plus year CDL Class A commercial driving experience or equivalent driving experience in the military.
• Must be able to lift products from 25 pounds to 50 pounds on a regular basis and up to 170 pounds.

Responsibilities

• The primary duty of the CDL Class A Driver entails the safe and professional operation of a commercial motor vehicle, company equipment, and the courteous delivery of products to our valued customers.
• The CDL Class A Driver is responsible for unloading and delivering products to our local customers and are responsible for pre-trip and post-trip inspections of equipment and vehicle
• The CDL Class A Driver will securely operate Powered Industrial Trucks (PIT) and/or Material Handling Equipment (MHE) such asan electric pallet jack and/or hand truck
• Other duties as assigned
