Job summary

SA Recycling LLC an experienced Class A driver to operate tractor trailers and straight trucks, hauling 53-foot vans and containers, roll on/off, lugger boxes, and flatbeds. Local routes mean you are home each night. A valid Class A license and FMCSR/DOT compliance are required.

Responsibilities include pre/post-trip inspections, cargo securement, and maintaining logs. The role emphasizes safety, PPE, and adherence to regulations; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Must pass Physical/Drug Screen and Background.
• Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License.
• Minimum 21 years old.
• Must pass DOT physical and FMCSR qualifications.
• Three (3) plus years’ experience driving a tractor trailer/roll on/off.
• No Restrictions 10 speed manual required.
• Must be registered in Clearinghouse per FMCSR.
• Bi-lingual (English and Spanish) a plus.
• Candidates may not have more than 2 moving violations in past 2 years.

Responsibilities

• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections of tractor trailers and straight trucks.
• Transport and deliver materials from customers to SA Recycling facilities.
• Secure all cargo using chains, straps, binders, and/or tarps.
• Communicate safety or equipment issues with management.
• Operate effectively on staging areas, parking surfaces, and roads.
• Maintain logs of working hours and vehicle service status.
• Wear personal protective equipment as required.
