Job summary

Schwan's Company is hiring a local CDL Class B route driver to deliver products to grocery stores and ensure availability on store shelves. The role offers a Monday–Friday schedule (occasional Saturdays), a comprehensive benefits package, and opportunities for career advancement into leadership roles.

You will unload, stock back rooms, use handheld technology, and maintain DOT compliance while building strong in-store relationships with store staff and teammates.

Qualifications

• Previous delivery, grocery, or warehouse experience.
• Class B CDL with airbrake endorsement and ability to meet medical certification, 21+ years old.
• High School diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Complete local daily route as planned to meet service expectations.
• Unload products, place in back room, and collect proof of delivery.
• Use handheld technology to complete daily work.
• Build in-store relationships and work effectively with co-workers in a fast-paced environment.
• Maintain DOT rules and regulations and perform truck inspections.
