Qualifications

• 2–5 years of route transportation experience.
• Valid CDL Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
• Ability to pass pre-employment substance abuse screening, background check, and DOT physical.
• Able to lift up to 70 pounds and handle heavy bins.
• Must be at least 21 years old.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain company vehicles safely and efficiently, following DOT and Iron Mountain security standards.
• Manage end-to-end route logistics, including loading, transport, and unloading of materials with required paperwork.
• Collaborate with dispatch and customers to ensure timely delivery and strong customer service as the face of Iron Mountain on the road.
