Iron Mountain is seeking a motivated CDL B or Non-CDL Local Route Driver to join our Operations team. You will operate company vehicles safely, manage local route logistics, and deliver exceptional customer service while adhering to DOT and company safety regulations.

The role emphasizes safe driving, vehicle maintenance, accurate paperwork, and collaboration with dispatch and clients to uphold Iron Mountain's reputation for security and timely service.

Qualifications

• One (1) year of route transportation or similar experience.
• Strong knowledge of safe driving practices and vehicle maintenance.
• Proven ability in customer service and verbal communication.
• A valid CDL or Non-CDL Driver's License and a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain company vehicles safely and efficiently to perform pickups and deliveries, following DOT and Iron Mountain safety regulations.
• Manage end-to-end route logistics, including loading, transport, and unloading of materials, with accurate paperwork.
• Collaborate with dispatch, warehouse teams, and clients to address service needs and represent the Iron Mountain brand.
