You will load, secure, and deliver steel while following DOT regulations and maintaining a clean driving record. A pre-employment physical, drug test, and background check are required for consideration.

Qualifications

• Valid CDL Class B license required.
• Clean driving record and valid medical card.
• At least 2 years CDL B experience preferred.
• Ability to lift and unload materials.
• Must pass pre-employment physical, drug test, and background check.

Responsibilities

• Safely deliver steel products to customers across Central PA.
• Secure loads and perform pre-trip / post-trip inspections.
• Verify count and condition of materials when loading/unloading.
• Report vehicle maintenance needs to supervisors.
• Comply with DOT regulations and maintain legal driving record.
• Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and coworkers.
• Build relationships with customers and represent the company professionally.
• Operate on local/regional routes with home every night.
• Maintain a clean and safe vehicle and workplace.
