Job summary
Pennsylvania Steel Company in Bensalem, PA is seeking a Commercial Driver for 1st shift to deliver steel products across PA, NJ, and DE. Home daily with no long hauls and competitive benefits offered.
We are a veteran-owned, family-oriented company with 53 years in business, providing growth opportunities and a strong team culture. CDL A, clean driving record, and 2+ years of CDL experience are required to join our team.
Qualifications
- Valid CDL Class A License.
- Clean driving record and current medical card.
- 2+ years of CDL experience.
- Previous steel industry experience required.
- Ability to handle physical tasks (lifting, bending, securing loads).
- Must pass pre-employment physical, drug test, and background check.
Responsibilities
- Safely deliver steel products to customers across PA, NJ, and DE.
- Secure loads and perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
- Build relationships with customers and maintain professionalism on the road.
- Represent Pennsylvania Steel with pride, courtesy and safety.
- Work Monday-Friday with local or regional routes (no overnights).
