Job summary

Airgas is hiring a CDL B Driver for local Charleston, SC operations. You will perform pre/post trip inspections, load/unload gas cylinders, and deliver safely to customer sites with a strong emphasis on customer service.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A or B CDL with Hazmat (or able to obtain within 60 days from hire date) & Airbrake endorsements.
• Maintain driver’s license, medical card & endorsements.
• No more than two traffic convictions or up to two at-fault accidents in last 3 years.

Responsibilities

• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
• Load and unload the truck daily with gas cylinders & supplies.
• Deliver to customer sites and ensure timely service.
• Safely secure cylinders and assist customers with requests.
