Penske Logistics LLC in Birmingham, AL is hiring immediate opportunities for Full-time Class A Yard Drivers. Earn $26.52 per hour with overtime after 40 hours. Local, home daily and no touch freight.

You will drive late-model Penske Truck Leasing trucks with safety cameras for comfort and safety. Responsibilities include moving trailers, coupling/uncoupling, and docking operations. Schedule is 5 days with 2 days off; AM/PM dispatch.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL is required.
• DOT medical card (non-excepted interstate) required.
• 1 year of tractor-trailer experience in last 3 years or 2 years in last 5 years.
• English language proficiency per federal requirements.

Responsibilities

• Move trailers in and out of dock as directed by management.
• Couple and uncouple trailers.
• Chock trailers as they are spotted for loading/unloading and pulling from doors.
