Job summary

Atomic Transport is seeking CDL A drivers for steady, local routes with home every night and a predictable schedule. Earn an average of $1,500 per week with competitive benefits and a $1,000 sign-on bonus.

We operate a large network with company-owned equipment across the Southeast, offering 401(k), health/dental/vision, HSA, and paid holidays. Join a team focused on safety and reliability, with 2+ years of CDLA experience required and a commitment to full-time, day-shift work of 10+ hours.

Qualifications

• CDL A license with a minimum of 2 years of CDLA driving experience.
• Able to work more than 10-hour shifts.
• Must have a clean driving record with consistent employment.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a commercial vehicle hauling loads from transfer stations to landfills.
• Navigate, position, and prepare trailers for safe tipping and untarping prior to unloading.
• Unhook trailer and complete tipping process safely.
• Retarp the trailer before leaving the landfill, removing debris.
• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections (DVIR).
• Report incidents, accidents, injuries, or equipment issues promptly.
• Follow all regulations and company safety policies.
