Job summary

Superior Beverage Group is seeking a Local CDL A Truck Driver to deliver beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages across Northeastern and Central Ohio. Use company vehicles, read maps, complete logs, and perform pre/post-trip inspections, working in all weather conditions in a fast-paced setting.

We offer a sign-on bonus of $1000 for new drivers, a schedule Monday–Friday with early starts, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, 401(k), vacation, and disability coverage.

Qualifications

• Able to read and understand maps for delivery routes.
• Solid math skills for calculating amounts due at accounts.
• Complete pre- and post-trip inspections and driver logs.
• Valid CDL A license required.

Responsibilities

• Complete delivery route as sequenced within time constraints.
• Rotate company products in retail accounts.
• Accurately calculate the amount due and collect payment for product delivered at each account.
• Complete all required paperwork during the driver check-in process at the end of the route.

Superior Beverage Group is a family owned and operated company that has been around since 1922. Our Local CDL A Truck Drivers provide countless smiles across all Northeastern and Central Ohio. They utilize company vehicles to deliver cases of beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages to retail accounts based on established assigned routes. Our drivers must be able to read and understand a map, complete daily driver logs as well as pre and post-trip truck inspections. This position requires you to work in all weather extremes including hot or cold, wet or dry conditions. This is a fast-paced, physical environment that provides our customers with all their beer and wine needs.

$1000 Sign On Bonus

• Monday - Friday: Between 5-7AM to Delivery Finish

Typical Duties

Qualifications

• Ability to maneuver 168-pound kegs and 35-pound cases at each delivery location
• Solid Math Skills.
• Complete pre and post-trip inspections and driver logs.
• Ability to operate company trucks, forklifts, and equipment dolly.
• Capable to perform duties in various outdoor weather conditions.
• Valid CDL A License.
