Job summary

Ryder is seeking qualified drivers for local, home daily routes. You will operate day cabs and 48'–53' trailers, earning $30/hour with a Night shift option at $31/hour. Expect weekly pay and a 42-hour average week, with full benefits after 30 days and PTO starting Day 1.

Applicants must have CDL-A, 9 months’ driving experience, be at least 21, and pass Ryder drug, background, DOT, and road tests. Uniforms and boot allowances are provided, with a strong safety-first culture.

• Earn $1,320+ per week
• Hourly pay: $30.00 per hour
• Earn $31.00 for nights 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM shift available
• Hours per week: 42 hours per week average
• Route: Local home daily

• Schedule: 2/2/3 Rotating Weekends
• Shift: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM, 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM also available
• Deliver solo to: Shuttle and Yard
• Tractor type: Day cab
• Trailertype:48' & 53' dry van
• Freight:No touch - Tape

Requirements:

• Valid CDL-A
• 9 months of driving experience within the past 3 years
• Minimum 21 years of age
• Pass a Ryder drug test
• Pass a Ryder Background and Motor vehicle check, including drug and alcohol verification from previous employers for the last 3 years
• Pass a DOT physical and Ryder road test
