Job summary

Kenco Group is seeking a Site Shuttle Driver for our Evansville, IN location. This local position involves transporting freight between warehouses and facilities, home every night, with a Class A CDL and potential Hazmat endorsement.

Responsibilities include pre-trip inspections, logging, and adhering to DOT/OSHA safety standards while maintaining vehicle cleanliness and compliance with company policies.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL (Hazmat endorsement preferred or willingness to obtain within 60 days).
• Minimum 2 years of Class A driving experience.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport freight between warehouses and production facilities per schedule.
• Operate a diesel tractor with automatic or manual transmission; use yard spotter when needed.
• Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections; ensure equipment is fueled and in good order.
• Maintain accurate driver logs, trip reports, and required documentation.
• Follow DOT, OSHA, and company safety regulations and maintain professional conduct.
