Job summary

CrossCountry Freight Solutions is seeking a Class A Route Delivery Driver in Hays, KS, to operate company vehicles and deliver freight on designated routes with a safety-first mindset and strong customer service.

You will perform pre-trip/post-trip inspections, load/unload freight, ensure DOT paperwork is complete, and maintain logs. This is a home-daily, Monday–Friday role with a $30/hour base pay plus a $5,000 sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL is required.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Minimum of 1 year commercial driving experience.
• No DUI/DWI in the past 3 years.
• No more than 3 traffic violations in the past 3 years.
• Hazmat and Tanker endorsements or willingness to obtain; renewals reimbursed.
• Successful completion of a pre-employment skills assessment is required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
• Deliver and/or pickup freight to/from customer locations or terminal as directed.
• Ensure all shipping documentation is available for DOT inspection and accompanies shipment.
• Load and/or unload freight onto/off vehicle with or without mechanical assistance as needed.
