Job summary

CrossCountry Freight Solutions is seeking Class A drivers who value safety and customer service. As a Route Delivery Driver in Missoula, you will operate company trucks to deliver freight on time, unload and reload cargo, and complete required paperwork per regulations and company policy.

This non-exempt, Monday–Friday role offers $34/hour with an $8,000 sign-on bonus, plus benefits and a supportive team focused on on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL.
• At least 21 years of age.
• 1 year of commercial driving experience.
• No DUI/DWI in the past 3 years.
• No more than 3 traffic violations in the past 3 years.
• Hazmat and Tanker endorsements or willing to obtain.
• Pre-employment skills assessment required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
• Delivers and/or picks up freight to/from customer locations or a terminal as instructed by dispatch.
• Ensures all shipping documentation is available for DOT inspection.
• Loads/unloads freight onto/off vehicle with or without mechanical aid.
