Qualifications

• Must know and adhere to DOT and FMCSA regulations.
• At least 1 year of route driving experience.
• DOT certification.
• Valid State Class A CDL license.

• Ability to use Microsoft Office and learn new applications/proprietary software.
• Ability to perform repetitive lifting of 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Perform product deliveries along assigned routes and related duties to guarantee customer satisfaction.
• Inspect vehicle equipment and supplies; request service and repairs as needed.
• Assemble orders for timely delivery to customer businesses with accurate delivery windows.
• Maintain records, including vehicle logs, cargo statements, and billing statements.
• Comply with DOT regulations, safety, and company policies; complete administrative paperwork.
• Review customer invoices to determine items to be moved and delivered.
• Report mechanical problems, delays, or accidents to base location.
• Turn in receipts and monies received from customer deliveries.
