Job summary

Quincy Recycle is hiring a Route Driver to operate a tractor-trailer daily within 150–250 miles of Marion, IA. This full-time role requires a Class A CDL with airbrake endorsement and a focus on safety and customer service.

We offer competitive hourly pay, a Monday–Friday schedule with a flexible start time between 3am and 5am, and benefits including health, 401K, and PTO. 50+ hour work weeks are available based on routes and seasonality.

Qualifications

• CDL Class A with airbrake endorsement.
• Must pass DOT rules and regulations.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• 25 years old or older.
• 2+ years of CDL Class A driving experience.
• Clean MVR with 53’ trailers.
• Professional demeanor and appearance.
• Successful completion of a physical, drug screen, and background check.

Responsibilities

• Operate a tractor-trailer daily within 150–250 miles of Marion, IA.
• Operate 53’ Trailer.
• Yard moves as needed.
• Complete daily paperwork.
• Provide exceptional customer service to vendors/customers.
• Maintain equipment as needed, including daily maintenance and clean up.
• Other duties as assigned by the manager.
