Job summary

Quincy Recycle is hiring a full-time CDL Class A driver based in Marion, IA, to operate a tractor-trailer daily within 150–250 miles of Marion with a 3a–5a start and a 50+ hour week. The role focuses on safe drivers, excellent vendor/customer service, daily paperwork, and routine vehicle maintenance to support our waste and recycling operations. Qualifications

• CDL Class A driving with clean MVR and ability to pass DOT rules.
• Experience operating 53’ trailers in commercial settings.
• Professional customer service and safe driving record required.

Responsibilities

• Operate a tractor-trailer daily within 150-250 miles of Marion, IA.
• Perform yard moves and complete daily paperwork.
• Provide exceptional customer service to vendors/customers; maintain equipment.

$25– $30 per hour, based on experience | Hourly | Full-Time

Monday–Friday – Flexible Start Time 3a-5a - 50 plus hour work week

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate a tractor-trailer daily within 150-250 miles of Marion, IA.
• Yard moves as needed
• Complete daily paperwork
• Provide exceptional customer service to vendors/customers
• Maintain equipment as needed, including daily maintenance and clean up.
• Other duties as assigned by the manager

Position Requirements:

• Class A CDL with airbrake endorsement
• Must be able to pass all DOT rules and regulations
• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• 25 years old or older
• 2+ years of CDL Class A Driving Experience
• Clean MVR
• Experience with 53’ Trailers
• Professional demeanor and appearance
• Successful completion of a physical, drug screen, and background check
