Thedrivingdesk is hiring experienced Class A CDL Drivers for a local intermodal position based in Bloomington, California. You will work local, with home daily time and 100% no-touch freight, earning hourly pay plus mileage.

Shifts include day, night, and potential weekends, using modern equipment throughout the Inland Empire. Enjoy paid orientation and competitive earnings with weekly direct deposit as you operate in local intermodal routes across Southern California.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL
• Minimum 1 year verifiable Class A tractor-trailer experience
• Minimum age of 21
• Ability to pass DOT drug screening, background check, and MVR
• Comfortable operating in rail-yard and intermodal environments

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a Class A commercial vehicle
• Transport loaded and empty intermodal containers
• Pick up and deliver containers between rail yards, customer facilities, and distribution centers
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections
• Inspect tractors, chassis, containers, and securement equipment
• Complete electronic logs and DOT paperwork
• Follow all rail-yard and terminal safety procedures
