Job summary

4th Day Trucking is seeking a Local CDL-A Intermodal Driver to operate within a 150-mile radius, handling 100% no-touch freight and returning home daily. This role offers night shifts with 55–70 hours per week and frequent weekend work on a regional intermodal fleet.

You will operate clean daycabs, with containers loaded/unloaded at ramp, enjoying steady earnings and a predictable home-life rhythm.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL and DOT Medical Card
• Must reside within 25 miles of dispatch yard
• Minimum 3 months verifiable Class A CDL experience
• Hazmat Endorsement preferred, not required
• Background check and mandatory drug screening

Responsibilities

• Freight handling: 100% No-Touch Freight (live loads/unloads, preloads, drop-and-hook)
• Running radius: within a 150-mile radius of yard
• Common loops: regional hub drops to other yards
• Ramp operations: containers mounted onto DOT-legal chassis with occasional waits
