Job summary

Staffmark Group is hiring a CDL A flatbed driver for a local route based in Hagerstown, MD. Earn $27.00-$28.00 per hour with an early morning start, and you’ll be home on weekends with weekly pay and benefits.

Typical duties include local deliveries across Baltimore, Washington DC, and Virginia, securing loads, using a forklift for loading/unloading, and returning home daily after finishing the route. CDL-A, DOT card, and FMCSA Clearinghouse clearance required.

Qualifications

• CDL-A license required.
• DOT Medical Card required.
• FMCSA Clearinghouse clearance.

Responsibilities

• Make local deliveries throughout Baltimore, Washington, DC, and Virginia.
• Transport hardwood lumber, plywood, moldings, and related wood products.
• Properly strap and secure loads before transport.
• Load and unload freight using a forklift.
• Safely operate CDL A flatbed or curtain-side equipment.
• Complete scheduled deliveries to commercial customers.
• Return home daily after completing your route.
